Within the project CFDµSAT the AM process Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) for the production of novel injector heads for space propulsion systems as well as a novel cooling system based on porous structures will be investigated along the entire process chain. Existing differential concepts of injector heads for rocket engines will be transferred into a closed, integral design taking into account optimized fluidic properties.
